How do I use more than one window?
Open Tweed in more than one window to keep two tasks side by side. Every window shares your tabs, pins, and groups, and each keeps its own Space, page, and Split View.
Open a new window
- Choose File › New Window in the menu bar at the top of the screen, or press ⌘N with a keyboard.
- A new window opens in the same Space, on a new tab. From then on, each window keeps its own Space and page.
If a tab is in another window
A tab is on screen in one window at a time. If you choose it in another window, that window shows “This tab is open in another window”; tap Show Here to move the page there.
